JOB OVERVIEW
Title: Brand Development Coordinator
Team: Mammoth Marketing aka the Most Legendary Marketers for Plumbers in the Known Universe
Reports to: Brand Supervisor (also cool, promise)
Location: Remote-ish but real-time — we’re not into ghosting.
THE MAMMOTH MISSION
You’re not just managing brands — you’re birthing them into existence. Like a creative midwife with a touch of wizardry. We’re looking for someone who can confidently steer branding projects from “napkin sketch” to “holy crap, this is incredible” — all while making clients feel like they’re in the best hands in the biz.
This role sits at the very heart of what makes Mammoth different: We don’t just make things pretty, we make things unforgettable. You’ll work directly with clients, contractors, and our fulfillment teams to launch brands that don’t just stand out — they stomp.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You speak human (and fluent English).
You’re confident in a client meeting and even more confident with a deadline.
You can lead a branding conversation and keep a creative team in sync without turning into a micromanaging robot.
You’re organized enough to herd creatives, contractors, and clients — and charming enough to do it without making anyone cry.
You love branding. You know the difference between “meh” and “mammoth.”
You’re not afraid of Adobe tools like Illustrator or Photoshop. You’ve probably fought them in battle and won.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leading clients through our Brand Development process (yes, it’s a journey — and yes, you’re the guide).
Hosting branding meetings like a boss — during onboarding and beyond.
Keeping Account Managers in the loop and clients feeling like royalty.
Vetting and wrangling contractors when outside help is needed.
Delivering final brand packages that make the design team weep with joy.
Supporting design and creative where needed.
Constantly sniffing out ways we can do better, faster, or more awesomely.
Telling us when the brand pipeline is full before we overload the wagon.
